It's been so much fun watching you, as authors, sharing stories from your lives. You've done a great job supporting each other through the revision and editing of your drafts. Be sure to bring in your printed, pretty, ready-to-go copies on Monday, and be sure to read through them out loud at home so you're ready to share with the whole class in our Memoir Publication Celebration!! :)

Vocabulary Scenes

March21

Make sure that your groups are ready to perform on Wednesday! Remember that your scenes need to be at least three minutes long, they need to have ten vocabulary words from chapters 11-19 of The Giver, you should have some sort of props/costumes, and they should be as rehearsed/memorized as possible. You will also need to hand in a formal script as part of your assessment. Have fun!! :)
